About Us
Our Approach
At Jarawyn we provide counselling, coaching and training for people who want to make changes in their lives.
We don’t believe counselling has to be painful. We focus on problems in the here and now. We are practical and about helping you make changes in the shortest possible time.
You don’t have to talk about bad memories or difficult feelings if you don’t want to. Counselling doesn’t have to be about telling your darkest secrets. We can help you even if you don’t want to talk about what happened to you.
On the other hand, if you choose talk about difficult things, and if you feel you have never been listened to before, we are here to listen.
